From the Deputy Principal
It’s been a busy year for the Vision Valley team delivering a wide range of outdoor and experiential learning programs for Pymble as well as other schools and communities. With day and overnight programs for students from Kindergarten to Year 12, the campus at Arcadia is always abuzz with laughter, learning and adventure. The team is currently hosting the second Year 9 Residential Program, with students due back towards the end of November.
Pymble has operated the site for almost two years now, during which time we have made significant improvements to accommodation, communal spaces and the natural environment. We have more plans to continue improving the campus and its environmental sustainability. Consequently, the Vision Valley team is growing all the time and our dedicated and professional team now spans management, outdoor education, residential care, maintenance and logistics, catering and cleaning.
New! School Holiday Camps at Vision Valley in 2023
In exciting news, Vision Valley is introducing a series of School Holiday Camps in 2023 offering five full days and evenings of fun and safe facilitated activities, including adventure-based learning, nature play and recreational activities.
The camps are open to Pymble students and their siblings (girls and boys) in Years 3 to 6, and additional to our existing and much-loved Out of School Hours Care Holiday Program which operates on the main College campus.
Offered in both overnight and day modes, the five-day camps allow families to choose the preferred experience for their child/children. Children staying overnight will be accommodated in bunk rooms in our comfortable lodges, supervised by experienced overnight staff living in residence with students. In addition, a senior staff member will be on-call 24 hours a day.
All staff at the camps have First Aid qualifications and are experienced working with primary school-aged children. Our catering team, Chartwells, are experts in camp food, offering fresh and delicious healthy meals catering to all dietary requirements.
The first Vision Valley camp will run in the 2023 Easter school holidays from Monday 17 April to Friday 21 April.
Bookings will open in Week 1 of Term 1 2023. More information will be published in the coming weeks.

Save the date: College Christmas Celebration
Joy to the world, our annual College Christmas Celebration is back! The event will be held on the Sunday of Week 7 in Term 4 and all are welcome to attend this free community event. Bring a picnic or purchase food onsite, thanks to the Pymble Parent Association. Please see below for more details, and we hope to see you there!
