On Saturday 19 November I had the opportunity to travel as the Master in Charge of the NSW Diving team to SSA in Brisbane. The three Pymble divers in that team were Diving Captain Nikola Puhl (Year 12), Ilaria Crowley (Year 9) and Amélie Rahme (Year 5).
The week was an incredible opportunity for divers to experience school sport at its best. The friendships, fun and skill development were outstanding for all involved. Congratulations to Nikola, Ilaria and Amélie on not only their outstanding results but most importantly their participation and sportsmanship throughout the week. The experience will never be forgotten.

DIVER Levels and Grading Night Friday 18 November
After a three-year hiatus, on Friday 18 November all divers participated in the DIVER Levels Grading night.
This program provides divers with a sustainable and rewarding levels system that allows skill development, clear goal setting, forward progression, and acknowledgment of individual success, throughout school diving from entry level to end point.
It was an exciting night watching divers from Little Rippers, Pathways, VFD and Competitive, twist, turn and somersault through a range of different skills to qualify for their Level D, I, V, E or R – DIVER certificates.
Well done to all divers who participated in this fun night, received certificates and prizes, and tried out some new skills. We look forward to our next DIVER night in Term 1 2023.

Holiday Diving Program
We are currently finalising plans for a holiday diving program for Competitive, Pathways, Little Rippers and VFD details will be communicated to all diving participants shortly.
